Post purchase counseling
We want to make it as affordable as possible for you to keep your home.
We’ll create a feasible monthly budget and help you navigate through various government incentives and loan programs that can reduce your housing expenses.
Rental counseling
We’re here to help you afford to live in your familiar home.
Dedicated staff members are available to analyze your finances, create an affordability plan and guide you through the process of applying for rent subsidy assistance.
DRIE/SCRIE
Are you a senior or a person with a disability and rent your home? You may be eligible for a Rent Increase Exemption.
A caring counselor is on call to help you apply for the Rent Freeze program.
SCHE/DHE
Are you a senior or a person with a disability that is fortunate to own your own home? There are specific tax breaks that you may be eligible for.
Contact our office to find out how we can help you apply for the DHE, SCHE, and the special subsidies available for clergy and veterans.
Tenant -landlord mediation
We mediate disputes between landlords and tenants.
If there are any issues cropping up between tenant and landlord, reach out. We’ll assess the issue and reach an amicable solution that will allow you to continue living in your home peacefully.
